摘要
“食品试验设计与统计分析”课程涉及的范围广、内容多,具有很强的专业性和操作性,从培养学生的实操能力为目的,是食品类专业核心教学内容的重要组成部分。该课程的理论知识内容强度大,并且理论高度与学术研究、生产、生活及社会实践紧密结合。在讲授过程中如何将学生的理解能力与教学内容和方法进行匹配;如何将学生对知识的理解、掌握程度与实际应用方面进行匹配急需解决,通过将行动导向教学法运用到“食品试验设计与统计分析”实践课程中,使学生能够开发、设计运行试验,激发学生的求知欲。在介绍课程的教学过程中如何将行动导向融入课程的必要性,以及为提升高校食品学科的教学质量提供参考。
The course of food experimental design and statistical analysis covers a wide range and many contents.It has strong professionalism and operability.It pays attention to cultivating students'ability to operate and solve practical problems.It is an important part of the core teaching content of food majors.The theoretical knowledge content of the course is strong,and the theory is highly integrated with academic research,production,life and social practice.How to match the students'understanding ability with the teaching contents and methods in the teaching process;How to match students'understanding and mastery of knowledge with practical application needs to be solved urgently.By applying the action oriented teaching method to the practical course of food experimental design and statistical analysis,students could develop,design and operate experiments,stimulate students'desire for knowledge,change students from passive learning to active learning,and enhance their practical operation ability.It was necessary to integrate the teaching quality and reference for improve the teaching quality of this course.
