摘要 现用叠合板具有用钢量大、钢筋无法得到充分利用且成本高等问题,对桁架进行优化并提出新型的叠合板是解决该问题的有效方法。文章对4块不同钢筋桁架型式的预制板进行静力加载试验,研究了其变形性能、裂缝开展、应变分布及承载力等,理论分析了预制板的刚度和稳定性,并通过有限元模拟分析进一步验证试验。结果表明:不配置下弦钢筋预制板,其用钢量节约了14.9%,同时腹杆钢筋有较好的抗拉拔性能;单排钢筋桁架预制板有较好的刚度和稳定性,其用钢量节约了14.1%;不配置钢筋桁架预制板刚度不满足正常施工要求,可以通过增加板厚提升预制板刚度,且节约了33.6%的钢材。 The existing laminated plate has the problems of high steel consumption,insufficient reinforcement utilization and high cost,so optimizing the truss and putting forward a new type of laminated plate are effective methods to solve the problems.In this study,the deformation properties,crack development,strain distribution and bearing capacity of the prefabricated plates were studied through static loading tests on four prefabricated plates with different reinforced truss forms.In addition,the stiffness and stability of the prefabricated plates were theoretically analyzed,and the experimental results were further verified by finite element simulation analysis.The results showed that the steel consumption of the prefabricated plate without the bottom chord reinforcement was saved by 14.9%,and the web reinforcement had good pullout resistance.The steel consumption of prefabricated slab with a single-row reinforcement truss was reduced by 14.1%with its better rigidity and stability.The rigidity of prefabricated plate without steel truss could not meet the normal construction requirements,but increasing the plate thickness could improve the rigidity and reduce the steel consumption by 33.6%.
