膨胀土微波干燥曲线特性研究

摘要 本研究利用进气值与残余含水量之间的内在关系,依据土壤热力学和微波干燥的均匀脱湿特性,推导膨胀土的微波干燥动力学模型,揭示该过程中膨胀土含水量与微波干燥时间的对数关系,并对高岭土与钙基蒙脱石的混合料进行试验研究。试验结果表明:微波干燥动力学模型能较好地呈现膨胀土的微波干燥过程,且膨胀土的微波干燥曲线特征参数与其比表面积之间存在内在关系。 In this study,the relationship of the soil water characteristic curve between the air intake value and the residual water content is analyzed and used,the microwave drying kinetic model of expansive soil was established,based on soil thermodynamics and uniform dehumidification characteristics in the process of microwave drying.The logarithmic relationship between water content of expansive soil and microwave drying time was revealed.And the experimental study on the mixture of kaolin and calcium montmorillonite was carried out.The results showed that the microwave drying process of expansive soil can been described by the microwave drying kinetic model.And the obvious regularity can been presented by the characteristic parameters of microwave drying curve and specific surface area of expansive soil.
