摘要 本研究针对大体积混凝土施工温控过程中监测数据不直观、理论计算与施工监控脱节等问题,提出了基于BIM技术的在大体积混凝土施工的温控动态控制方法。在Revit平台上,建立某船闸混凝土施工温控监测模型,结合Revit和数据库,以二次开发的形式实现监测信息与模型集成,同时将BIM模型导入有限元软件,进行大体积混凝土温控过程的仿真模拟。研究结果表明:将BIM应用于施工温控监测,提高了对监测信息的可视化管理与分析能力,并为温控仿真数据与实际工程监测数据之间的反馈提供了途径,可更好地指导大体积混凝土施工的温控。 This study proposes a dynamic control method for temperature control in mass concrete construction based on BIM technology,aimed at addressing problems such as non-intuitive monitoring data and the disconnection between theoretical calculations and construction monitoring in the temperature control process.A temperature control monitoring model for the concrete construction of a certain ship lock was established on the Revit platform.The integration of monitoring information and the model was achieved through the secondary development of Revit combined with a database.In addition,the BIM model was imported into finite element software for simulation of the temperature control process of large-volume concrete.The research results show that the application of BIM to construction temperature control monitoring improves the visualization management and analysis capabilities of monitoring information and provides a feedback path between temperature control simulation data and actual engineering monitoring data,which better guides the temperature control of mass concrete construction.
