摘要
“三全育人”理念赋予应用型高校育人体系建设更深层次的意义,构建出新的实践范式与要素互联。新时代背景下如何让育人工作“强”起来、“实”起来、“动”起来,成为应用型高校“三全育人”工作的痛点。通过将“同向、同频、同行”的“三同”理念贯穿于“三全育人”工作机制中,围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生,打造应用型高校育人工作体系。
The concept of"three-wide education"endows the construction of the education system of application-oriented universities with deeper significance,and constructs a new practice paradigm and element interconnection.In the new era,how to make the education work"strong","practical"and"dynamic"has become the pain point of"three-wide education"work in application-oriented universities.By integrating the"same direction,same frequency and same trade"into the working mechanism of"three-wide education",we focus on students,care for students,and serve students,and create an application-oriented college education system.
