新时代福建高职院校劳动教育评价体系的构建

Constructing Labor Education Evaluation System in Fujian Higher Vocational Colleges in New Era

为探索构建符合新时代高职院校劳动教育的评价体系,让劳动教育更加符合各类型职业院校人才培养规律和特点,通过分析福建省有代表性的高职院校劳动教育开展的现状与存在的问题,发现在分类评价体系、评价指标设定以及成效监测等方面存在不足。新时代高职院校劳动教育评价体系应以“把握职教规律、精准施策、突出实效”为构建原则,从分类完善劳动评价指标、科学设置劳动评价共性和个性指标、强化动态监测、丰富评价主体、评价留痕等重点环节着手,以此推进劳动教育质量和水平的持续提高。

To explore the construction of evaluation system accorded with new era higher vocational colleges′labor education,and make labor education correspond better with the reguar pattern of cultivating talents and features in various types of higher vocational colleges.The article analyzes labor education current situation in several typical higher vocational colleges from Fujian,and find deficiencies in classification evaluation system,evaluationl index setting,effectiveness monitorng and so on.The thesis put forward that labor education of higher vocational colleges in the new era should be based on the rule which is"grasping the regularity of vocational education,carrying out polices precisely and highlighting the actual effect".Urging and promoting labor education quality and level continuous improvement by the following key links such as classifying and improving labor evaluation index,setting labor evaluation common and paticular index scientically,reinforce dynamic monitorng,enrich evaluation subjects and evaluation mark.
