摘要
针对某发动机在怠速状态下出现的减压阀回弹引起的异常噪声问题,进行了详细的分析。首先检查分析了噪声产生的原因,然后通过建立发动机单循环减压阀运动学模型,模拟分析了减压阀回弹过程中的力学特性和噪声特性,并与实物样件的装机实验结果进行了对比,验证了模型的正确性和可靠性。本次研究进一步提出了优化方案,通过改变甩块的装配方向,消除了减压阀回弹现象,有效降低了噪声水平。本文工作可为发动机减压阀噪声控制提供借鉴参考。
This paper conducted a detailed analysis and solution for the abnormal noise problem caused by the pressure relief valve rebound of a certain engine at idle speed.Firstly,the cause of the noise was checked,then a kinematic model of the single-cycle pressure relief valve of the engine was established,and the mechanical and noise characteristics of the pressure relief valve rebound process were simulated and analyzed,and compared with the installation test results of physical samples,verifying the correctness and reliability of the model.This study further designed an optimization scheme,which eliminated the pressure relief valve rebound phenomenon by changing the assembly direction of the flyweight block,effectively reducing the noise level,and provided an effective method and reference for engine pressure relief valve noise control.
