益生菌发酵中药制剂“禽康健”在蛋鸡生产应用研究

Study on Application of Chinese Herbal Preparation“Poultry Healthy”by Probiotics Fermentation in Laying Hens

“禽康健”是六安恒佳公司与安徽农业大学专家团队联合研制生产,一种益生菌发酵中药制剂。主要成分为地衣芽孢杆菌、粪肠球菌、酵母多糖等,具有健康内脏、健康肠道、健康免疫、健康生产和健康产出5大功能。使用1周,脏蛋、血蛋、斑点蛋消失,整体蛋重上升3%~5%,全程饲养周期每月添加禽康健10 d,每只鸡节省5元以上的投药费用。研究表明:产蛋鸡到中后期肝脏中脂肪会逐渐增加,即出现“脂肪肝”蛋鸡,一旦出现高比例的“脂肪肝”蛋鸡时,卵泡发育受阻,产蛋率下降。经大量试验测定结果表明,饲料中添加“禽康健”后,有2个重要变化:一是出现“脂肪肝”蛋鸡比例下降,产蛋率上升;二是在产蛋后期促排卵激素水平稳定上升,导致产蛋高峰期延长、产蛋率上升。

“Poultry Healthy”is a kind of probiotic fermentation Chinese medicine preparation jointly developed and produced by Liu'an Hengjia Company and Anhui Agricultural University expert team.The main components are Bacillus licheniformis,Enterococcus faecalis,yeast polysaccharide,etc.,which hasfive major functions:healthy gut,healthy gut,healthy immunity,healthy production and healthy output.After 1 week of use,the dirty eggs,blood eggs and spotted eggs disappeared,and the overall egg weight increased by 3%~5%.During the whole feeding cycle,10 days of poultry health were added every month,and more than 5 yuan of medication cost was saved for each chicken.Studies have shown that in the middle and late stages of laying hens,the fat in the liver will gradually increase,that is,“fatty liver”laying hens will appear.Once there is a high proportion of“fatty liver”laying hens,follicle development will be hindered,and the laying rate will decline.The results of a large number of experiments showed that there were two important changes after adding“Poultry Healthy”in the diet:one is the proportion of laying hens with fatty liver decreases and the laying rate increases;Second,the level of ovulatory hormone increased steadily in the late stage of laying,which led to the prolongation of the peak of laying and the increase of laying rate.
