全日制兽医硕士专业学位研究生培养模式的探究--以沈阳农业大学为例

Research on the Training Mode of Full-time Veterinary Master's Degree Postgraduates--Taking Shenyang Agricultural University as an Example

在近20年的兽医专业学位发展历程中,社会对兽医专业人才的需求不断变化,在如何保证兽医专业学位研究生招生数量提升与人才质量同步发展、如何避免专业型硕士与学术型硕士培养过程趋同现象、如何确保兽医专业学位硕士研究生导师队伍的专业性及双导师具体实行等方面出现诸多问题。通过对近年各农科类院校就兽医专业学位研究生培养方案的分析以及对相关学术研究成果的分析,提出当前我国在兽医专业学位研究生培养模式上存在的普遍问题,总结沈阳农业大学在兽医专业学位研究生培养模式中做出的一系列改革、创新与成效,对接下来兽医专业学位研究生培养模式的完善提出相应的方法与措施,以切实提升兽医专业学位研究生的培养质量。

In the development process of veterinary professional degree in recent 20 years,with the change of social demand for veterinary professional talents,There are many problems in how to ensure the synchronous development of the number of graduate students enrolled for veterinary professional degree and the quality of talents,how to avoid the convergence of the training process of professional master and academic master,how to ensure the professionalism of the tutor team of master's degree in veterinary medicine and the specific implementation of double tutors and so on.The author puts forward the common problems existing in the training mode of postgraduates majoring in veterinary medicine in China,and summarizes a series of reforms,innovations and achievements made by Shenyang Agricultural University in the training mode of postgraduates majoring in veterinary medicine,This paper puts forward corresponding methods and measures to improve the training mode of postgraduates with veterinary professional degree,in order to effectively improve the training quality of postgraduates with veterinary professional degree.
