摘要
当前智能化、信息化开始成为世界的主流,国内钢铁制造企业开始逐步探索从“制造”到“智造”的转型,在企业管理、生产过程控制、产品质量管控、物流发运等方面运用大量现代化信息媒介,综合梳理各项业务流程,构建综合性的成本管控系统实现降本增效[1-2]。以某制造企业下属车间为案例,作为研究对象,深入分析该车间在成本控制方面存在的具体问题,发现其中的不足主要体现在生产组织、人员意识及环境成本等方面,在此基础上提出完善好生产组织、提高人员意识、完善环境成本体系的对策建议,促进车间的持续发展[3],并为其他企业的成本控制提供一定的借鉴。
At present,intelligence and informatization have become the mainstream of the world.Domestic steel manufacturing enterprises are gradually exploring the transformation from"manufacturing"to"intelligent manufacturing",using a large number of modern information media in enterprise management,production process control,product quality control,logistics delivery and other aspects,comprehensively combing various business processes,and building a comprehensive cost control system to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Taking the workshop of a manufacturing enterprise as the research object,this paper deeply analyzes the specific problems existing in the cost control of the workshop,and finds that the shortcomings are mainly reflected in the production organization,personnel awareness and environmental cost.On this basis,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the production organization,raise personnel awareness and improve the environmental cost system to promote the sustainable development of the workshop and provide some reference for the cost control of other enterprises.
