新形势下高校校办企业体制改革探索与发展研究——以北京信息科技大学为例

高校校办企业体制改革是国家的重大决策部署,对进一步提升高校综合治理能力、规范科研成果转化机制、促进高校内涵式发展具有重要意义。本文通过分析北京信息大学校办企业在体制改革中存在的重点与难点问题,从实际出发,制定了相应的对策,提出进一步发展建议。

The university-run enterprise system reform is a major national decision and deployment,which is an important measure to further enhance the comprehensive governance ability of universities,standardize the transformation mechanism of scientific research achievements,and promote the connotative development of universities.Based on the analysis of the key and difficult problems existing in the institutional reform of the university-run enterprise of Beijing Information Science and Technology University,this paper formulates the corresponding countermeasures and puts forward suggestions for further development.
