国内外产业园区运营模式对比研究

在全球化、信息化浪潮的推动下,中国抓住了发达国家产业转移的机遇,实现了国民经济近半个世纪的高速增长。作为一种与高科技产业共生的社会现象和科技与金融结合的新型产业组织形式,产业园已经成为高新技术产业化领域最重要的创举。研究、借鉴这些知名产业园区的成功运营模式,对于推进我国产业园区发展,促进技术创新和产业转型升级大有裨益。本文通过对国内外产业园区运营模式的对比分析,认为产业园区不能固守单一的运营模式,应根据区域产业发展情况、政府需求、园区发展阶段进行调整和创新。

Driven by the wave of globalization and informatization,China has seized the opportunity of industrial transfer in developed countries and realized the rapid growth of the national economy for nearly half a century.As a social phenomenon coexisting with high-tech industry and a new form of industrial organization combining science,technology and finance,industrial park has become the most important innovation in the field of high-tech industrialization.Studying and learning from the successful operation modes of these well-known industrial parks is of great benefit to promoting the development of China's industrial parks,promoting technological innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading.Through the comparative analysis of the operation modes of industrial parks at home and abroad,this paper believes that the industrial park can not adhere to a single operation mode,and should be adjusted and innovated according to the regional industrial development,government demand and park development stage.
