新型超超高压污泥带式脱水机结构与性能分析

摘要 超超高压污泥带式脱水机是一种新型的用于污泥深度脱水的机械设备,本文重点介绍了这种脱水机的结构,并在泰安第一污水处理厂进行了设备中试,探究其脱水性能。结果表明:液压系统压力控制在16MP,升压1min,保压1min时,污泥处理量可达到1.5t/h,含水率可从70%降至50±2%,污泥减量化达到40%,具有良好的脱水效果和应用前景,且设备运行稳定,可为相似工程污泥减量处理提供借鉴。 The paper introduces a new type best superpressure filter for the deep dewatering of sludge.The structure of this kind of dehydrator is introduced in this paper,and the pilot test of the equipment has been carried out in the first Sewage Treatment of Tai'an,the dehydrating property was studied.The results show that when the cylinder pressure is controlled at 16 MP,the pressure is raised for 1 min and the pressure is kept for 1 min,the sludge treatment capacity can reach 1.5 T/h,the water content can be reduced from 70%to 50±2%,and the sludge reduction can reach 40%,it has good dehydration effect and application prospect,and the equipment runs stably,which can provide reference for sludge reduction treatment of similar projects.
