摘要
以协同治理理论为分析视角,在对紧密型医联体进行调研的基础上,运用协同治理分析框架对市域紧密型医联体建设进行组织解构,并从目标一致性、权力结构、信任关系、成果共享4个方面探寻紧密型医联体建设出现“协同惰性”的成因,并有针对性地提出紧密型医联体建设的推进策略。
From the perspective of collaborative governance theory and the research of the close-knit medical alliance,this article analyzes the city-based close-knit medical alliance by the analysis framework of collaborative governance,and explores the causes of“collaborative inertia”in the construction of the close-knit medical alliance from four aspects:goal consistency,power structure,trust relationship and achievement sharing.This paper puts forward targeted promotion strategies for the construction of the close-knit medical alliance.
