Game theory under pandemics:Vaccine immunization or individual self-determination?

通过探讨大流行下新冠疫苗的接种,分析部分人的拒绝动机,解释疫苗的研发机制,并从个人自决权与公共卫生的关系、疫苗接种的义务、“社会契约论”与个人自由的关系3个角度诠释个人自决权在公共卫生利益的考量下需要做出让步的原因,得出“在大流行下强制疫苗接种是保障公共安全和健康的首要任务”的结论。

By discussing the vaccination of COVID-19 under the pandemic,this paper analyzes some people's motives of rejection,explains the research and development mechanism of vaccine,demonstrates why individual self-determination needs to be compromised in the interest of public health from three perspectives:the relationship between individual self-determination and public health,the obligation to vaccinate and the relationship between“social contract theory”and individual freedom,and finally gives the conclusion that mandatory vaccination during the pandemic is a priority for public safety and health.
