中国式现代化何以推进全体人民共同富裕?——基于中西方现代化发展历程的比较分析

How can Chinese Path to Modernization Promote the Common Prosperity of All People? ——Comparative Analysis based on the Road of Modernization between China and the West

中国式现代化与西方现代化既有共通之处,也存在很多差异。基于中西方现代化发展历程的比较分析,研究认为,西方现代化的富裕之路以资本为主导,通过对内剥削工人阶级的剩余价值和对外殖民化扩张来完成资本原始积累,而中国式现代化的富裕之路则立足基本国情,坚持“以人民为中心”,分阶段推进共同富裕,中国式现代化在全体人民共同富裕上超越了西方现代化。对中国的现代化道路展开分析,不仅有利于把握中国式现代化独有的内在逻辑,还为其他发展中国家发展现代化提供了中国经验和中国智慧。目前,以中国式现代化推动全体人民的共同富裕应坚持尽力而为、量力而行,规范收入分配秩序和财富积累机制。

Chinese path to modernization and the Western path have both similarities and differences. Based on the comparative analysis of the development process of modernization between China and the West, this study believes that the road to prosperity of Western modernization is dominated by capital, and its primitive accumulation of capital is achieved through the internal exploitation of the surplus value of the working class and the external colonization and expansion, while the road to prosperity of Chinese path to modernization is peoplecentered, and promotes common prosperity in stages based on the basic national conditions. Chinese path to modernization has surpassed Western modernization in the common prosperity of all the people. The analysis of China’s modernization path is not only conducive to grasping the unique internal logic of Chinese path to modernization, but also provides Chinese experience and wisdom for other developing countries to develop modernization. At present, to promote the common prosperity of all people with Chinese path to modernization, we should adhere to the principle of doing our best and doing the possible, to standardize the income distribution order and wealth accumulation mechanism.
