禾本科植物组织培养技术的研究进展

Research Progress in Tissue Culture Technology of Poaceae

目前对于多数植物体而言,想要进行分子育种的前提是构建出植物的再生体系,以离体的再生体系为基础进行后续的遗传转化工作的研究。当今世界禾本科植物分布极为广泛。文中综述了近十年水稻、玉米、燕麦等禾本科植物组织培养过程中外植体的选择、灭菌方式、主要培养基和激素浓度的搭配等因素对植株再生的影响。对目前禾本科植物组织培养中存在的几种问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的处理措施。以期为日后禾本科植物的组织培养提供参考依据。

At present,for most plants,the premise of molecular breeding is to build a plant regeneration system,and carry out subsequent genetic transformation research based on in vitro regeneration system.Poaceae plants are widely distributed in the world now.This study mainly reviewed the effects of the main factors such as the selection of explants,sterilization methods,the collocation of main media and hormone concentrations on plant regeneration during the tissue culture of Poaceae plants including rice,com and oats in the past decade,and analyzed the problems existing in the tissue culture of Poaceae plants at present,and pointed out the required solutions to provide reference for the tissue culture of Poaceae plants in the future.
