摘要 随着城市化进程加速、气候恶化,城市发生内涝的几率和严重性都大大增加,短时内对城市交通带来极大的影响.为了准确、高效地获得城市道路积水深度和空间分布的数据,利用LIDAR无人机扫描构建内涝区数字高程模型(DEM),通过无人机航拍内涝区域的正射影像;利用地面参照物人工标定“陆水边界”,确定积水深度为0的临界点;利用GIS工具进行栅格数据计算,从而得到淹水路段的积水分布及深度.利用实际调查数据校验了方法的精度及可行性,为内涝积水深度的调查提供新的思路. With accelerated urbanization and climate deterioration,the chances and severity of urban flooding have greatly increased,which brings great impact on urban traffic in a short period of time.To obtain the data of water depth and spatial distribution of urban roads accurately and efficiently,the digital elevation model(DEM)of waterlogging area was constructed by LIDAR UAV scanning,and the positive image of waterlogging area was taken by UAV aerial photography.The ground reference was used to manually demarcate the“land-water boundary”and determine the critical point where the water depth was 0.GIS tool was used to calculate the raster data,so as to obtain the water distribution and depth of the flooded section.The accuracy and feasibility of the method were verified by using the actual survey data,which provided a new idea for the investigation of flooding depth.
