摘要
景观生态学可为县域国土空间规划编制和用途管制实施提供理论指导。根据“五级三类”规划体系中县、乡国土空间规划存在的突出问题,从景观生态学视角,提出了特征尺度识别,优化系统结构和功能,协调规划的刚性和弹性,增强对国土空间发展未来趋势判断等建议,以期为县域层面国土空间规划编制实施提供参考依据。
Landscape ecology can provide theoretical guidance for solving the county territorial space planning and regulation.According to the prominent problems existing in the county and township territorial spatial planning in the space planning system of"five levels and three categories",from the perspective of the landscape ecology,some considerations and suggestions are put forward,such as feature scale identification,optimizing the system strueture and function,and coordinating the rigidity and elasticity of planning and enhancement of judgment on the future trend of land space developmeng,in order to provide reference for the territorial spatial planning with county level.
