摘要
上部模块与下船体的合龙方案设计是半潜式平台建造与安装的关键技术之一。合龙方式有上部模块分块吊装合龙、整体吊装合龙、上部模块整体浮托合龙与整体顶升合龙等4种。在陵水172项目的前期方案比选阶段,为满足半潜式平台陆地顶升合龙后整体滑移装船及浮卸的作业需要,基于我国现有的全球第二大半潜船“新光华”进行了适应性改造研究。该项研究采用了新增舷侧浮箱和甲板上浮箱、新增压载水调载系统等方法,改造后的“新光华”可实现5万吨级深水半潜平台的整体横向滑移装船、干拖及高位浮卸。
The integrate method design of topside and hull is one of the key technologies for construction and installation of the semi-submersible platform.There are four types of method for combining the topside and hull,including divided topside to little block and integrated by lift,overall integrate by lifted the whole topside,overall integrate by float-over the whole topside and overall integrate by jack up the whole topside over the hull and set down.In the preliminary planning comparison stage of the Lingshui 172 project,to meet the requirements of the overall skid load-out and float-off operation after the semi-submersible platform integrated by jack up and skid method,transformation research is carried out based on China's existing world's second largest submersible ship“Xinguanghua”.This technical research adopted methods such as adding sponson and stability box,and the external ballast system,so that the transformed“Xinguanghua”can meet the requirements of overall skid load-out and high-position float-off for 50,000tons deep-water semi-submersible platform.
