摘要
水下采油树是水下生产系统不可或缺的核心设备之一,可以控制油气的开采速度,实时监测和调整生产情况。但在长期水下作业环境下,水下采油树容易遭遇多种环境及非环境荷载,如坠落物的冲击力、渔网的拖拽力、洋流的作用力等,对采油树造成危害。为避免或降低上述作用力对水下采油树的影响,需在水下采油树周围布置防护装置,以确保水下采油树在役期内的作业安全。本文针对渤海海域海床特点,利用结构建模和分析软件,对防护装置底部和主框架结构进行了结构优化设计,对驳船运输工况、海上吊装工况、在位作业工况进行了校核,确保了防护装置在役期内的结构安全。
Underwater Christmas tree is one of the indispensable core equipment of underwater production system,which can control the exploitation speed of oil and gas,monitor and adjust the production situation in real time.However,in the long-term underwater operation environment,underwater Christmas trees are prone to bear various environmental and non-environmental loads,such as the impact of falling objects,the drag force of fishing nets,the force of ocean currents,etc.,which cause potential harm to Christmas trees.To avoid or reduce the influence of the above forces on the subsea tree,protective devices should be arranged around the subsea tree to ensure the operational safety of the subsea tree during its service life.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the seabed,the structural optimization design of the bottom and main frame structure of the protective device is carried out by using the structural modeling and analysis software,while the barge transportation condition,offshore hoisting condition and in-service operation condition are checked to ensure the structural safety of the protective device during its service life.
