Liu Aimin′s Experience on Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris by Combining Cold and Warm

银屑病是皮肤科常见的由免疫介导的慢性、炎症性、系统性疾病,反复发作,迁延难愈。刘爱民教授临证坚持辨证论治与天人相应的理念,诊治银屑病不局限于既定的诊治思路,对寻常性银屑病的病因病机进行深入探究。对于寻常性银屑病秋冬容易复发或加重的情况,刘教授认为应该深入研究其病症的内在成因,患者体内素有蕴热,要注意辨别血热的来源,重视外寒是银屑病发生发展的一个重要影响因素,治以辛温散寒、清热凉血,寒温并用,从内外两条途径散热,临床取得良好疗效。该文从病因病机、临证要点、随证加减、验案举隅4个方面对刘爱民教授寒温并用治疗寻常性银屑病的经验进行探讨。

Psoriasis is a common immune-mediated chronic, inflammatory and systemic disease in dermatology, with recurrent attacks and prolonged refractory recovery.Professor LIU Aimin adheres to the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment corresponding to heaven and man.The diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis is not limited to the established diagnosis and treatment ideas, and conducts in-depth research on the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.Regarding the situation that psoriasis vulgaris is prone to recurrence or aggravation in autumn and winter, Professor LIU believes that the internal causes of the disease should be studied in depth.The patient has accumulated heat in the body, and the attention should be paid to identifying the source of blood heat, and external cold is an important factor affecting the occurrence and development of psoriasis.The treatment is pungent and warm to dissipate cold, clear heat and cool blood, and use both cold and warm to dissipate heat from both internal and external channels, and good clinical effects have been achieved.This article discussed Professor LIU Aimin′s experience on treating psoriasis vulgaris from four aspects: etiology and pathogenesis, clinical key points, addition and subtraction according to the syndromeand test cases.
