六味地黄丸制方考辨及抗肿瘤临证应用浅析

六味地黄丸作为经典名方,被列为国家中医药管理局首批《古代经典名方目录》中,临床应用广泛。该方出自《小儿药证直诀》,主治肾怯失音,囟开不合,神不足,目中白睛多,面色白光白等症,其中蕴含深刻的中医学理论与思辨规律。作者通过考究钱氏制方之原,发现当前六味地黄丸作为主治“肾阴虚”的一般认知存在内涵泛化、缺失倾向。基于六味地黄丸原文,通过探讨其在精气、阴阳、五行、藏象、经络学说中的方证原义,并以此为基础阐发其在抗肿瘤临床应用中的具体思路,以期为经典名方六味地黄丸的推广及肿瘤临床决策提供新的理论支撑。

As a classic prescription,Liuwei Dihuang Pill(六味地黄丸)has been listed in the first batch of Ancient Classic Prescriptions Catalog of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and has been widely used in clinical practice.This recipe is derived from the Prescription for Children's Medicine Syndrome.It is mainly used to treat kidney phobia,aphasia,fontanel disjunction,mental insufficiency,white eyesand white complexion.It contains profound TCM theories and speculative laws.By studying the origin of Qian's formula,the author has found that the current general cognition of Liuwei Dihuang Pill as the main treatment of"kidney Yin deficiency"has a tendency of generalization and deletion.Based on the original text of Liuwei Dihuang Pill,this paper discussed the original meaning of the formula and syndrome in the theory of essence,Yin and Yang,five elements,viscera manifestations and meridians,and on this basis,it explained the specific ideas of its clinical application in anti-tumor,with a view to providing new theoretical support for the promotion ofLiuwei Dihuang Pill and clinical decision-making in cancer.
