扭伤散和黄金散治疗急性踝关节扭伤效果比较

Comparison of Effects of Niushang Powder(扭伤散)and Huangjin Powder(黄金散)in Treatment of Acute Ankle Sprain

目的比较扭伤散和黄金散对急性踝关节扭伤的临床治疗效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月期间该院骨伤科门诊和急诊收治的急性踝关节扭伤患者106例作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组(53例)和实验组(53例),对照组进行基础治疗后采取黄金散外敷的方法进行治疗,实验组在基础处理后采用扭伤散外敷治疗,两组药物外敷后均采用纸夹板外固定,比较两组患者的临床疗效,并观察和记录治疗前、治疗后第1、3、7、14天不同时间点患者的美国矫形足踝协会评分系统(American Orthopedic Ankle Association Scoring System,AOFAS)评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)以及肿胀评分。结果治疗结束后实验组总有效率达90.57%(48/53),对照组总有效率为77.36%(41/53),实验组总体疗效明显优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗3 d后,在同一时间点实验组患者的AOFAS评分高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后在同一时间点实验组的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗7 d后实验组的肿胀评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论扭伤散对急性踝关节扭伤的治疗效果优于黄金散,能够很好的缓解急性踝关节扭伤患者的关节局部疼痛以及肿胀,并有助于患者踝关节功能恢复。

Objective To compare the clinical treatment effects of Niushang Powder(扭伤散)and Huangjin Powder(黄金散)on acute ankle sprain.Methods A total of 106 patients with acute ankle sprain who were admitted to the outpatient department of orthopedics and trauma and department of emergency of the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(53 cases)and the experimental group(53 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with external application of Huangjin Powder after basic treatment,while the experimental group was given external application of Niushang Powder after basic treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groupswas compared,and American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and swelling score were observed and recorded before treatment and on the 1st day,3rd day,7h day and 14t day after treatment.Results After ent,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.57%(48/53)and that of the control group was 77.36%(41/53).The overall efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,the AOFAS score was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.01).The VAS score of the experimental group at the same time point after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The swelling score of the experimental group was significantly lower compared with that of the control group after 7 days of treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Niushang Powder has a better treatment effect on acute ankle sprain than that of Huangjin Powder,and the former one can better relieve the local joint pain and swelling and help the recovery of ankle function of patients with acute ankle sprain.
