筋骨同治推拿法治疗骶髂关节损伤患者关节疼痛、血清脂肪因子及炎症因子影响

Effect of Tuina Therapy on Joint Pain, Serum Adipokines and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Sacroiliac Joint Injury

目的 探究筋骨同治推拿法治疗骶髂关节损伤患者关节疼痛、血清脂肪因子及炎症因子影响。方法 选取2018年3月—2020年3月该院收治的80例骶髂关节损伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,实验组和对照组各40例,对照组患者接受常规推拿法治疗,实验组患者接受筋骨同治推拿法治疗,比较两组患者oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、疼痛程度、血清脂肪因子(瘦素、抵抗素和脂联素)和炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)]水平。结果 治疗2周及4周后,实验组患者ODI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,实验组患者重度疼痛率、血清脂肪因子(瘦素、抵抗素和脂联素)和炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-17)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 筋骨同治推拿法治疗骶髂关节损伤能提高患者的关节功能,降低患者疼痛程度,改善患者血清脂肪因子和炎症因子。

Objective To explore the effect of simultaneous treatment of muscles and bones with Tuinaon joint pain, serum adipokines and inflammatory factors in patients with sacroiliac joint injury.Methods Eighty patients with sacroiliac joint injury admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 40 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Tuina therapy, while those in the experimental group were treated with simultaneous Tuina treatment of bones and muscles.The oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score, pain, serum adipokines(leptin, resistin and adiponectin)and inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor(TNF),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-17(IL-17)] were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the ODI scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the severe pain rate, serum adipokines(leptin, resistin and adiponectin)and inflammatory factors(TNF,IL-6,IL-17)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simultaneous Tuina treatment of bones and muscles can improve the joint function of patients with sacroiliac joint injury, reduce the pain of patients, and improve serum adipokines and inflammatory factors.
