针刀配合美式整脊汤普森技术治疗非特异性腰痛的临床研究

Clinical Effect of Needle Knife Combined with Thompson Technique of American Style Chiropractic inTreatment of Non-Specific Low Back Pain

目的 探讨针刀配合美式整脊汤普森技术治疗非特异性腰痛(NSLBP)的临床疗效。方法 将该院2017年6月—2020年7月期间收治的60例NSLBP患者按照随机数表法分为对照组(28例)和观察组(32例),对照组给予美式整脊汤普森技术治疗,观察组在上述基础实施针刀治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月,比较两组患者临床疗效,以及治疗前后疼痛程度、功能障碍恢复情况、腰椎曲度改善情况。结果 观察组临床有效率(90.62%,29/32)较对照组(71.43%,20/28)显著升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者肢体疼痛、感觉疼痛的视觉疼痛模拟量表(VAS)评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者上述VAS评分均下降,且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分、腰部屈曲度统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者上述评分均下降,腰部屈曲度增大,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 NSLBP患者应用针刀配合美式整脊汤普森技术治疗,临床疗效佳,可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,有助于腰椎功能恢复及腰部屈曲度提升。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of needle knife combined with Thompson technique of American style chiropractic in the treatment of non-specific low back pain(NSLBP).Methods Sixty patients with NSLBP admitted to the hospital between June 2017 and July 2020 were divided into control group(28 cases)and observation group(32 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with Thompson technique of American style chiropractic, while those in the observation group were treated with needle knife on this basis.Both groups were given 1 month of continuous treatment.The clinical effects, pain degree, function recoveryand improvement of lumbar curvature were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical response rate of the observation group(90.62%,29/32)was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%,20/28)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores for limb pain and perceived pain between the two groups scores before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the above-mentioned VAS scores of the two groups were reduced, and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Oswestry disability index(ODI)score or lumbar curvature between the two groups scores before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, ODI scores of the two groups were reduced, and lumbar curvature was increased.The ODI score and lumbar curvature of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Needle knife combined with Thompson technique of American style chiropractic is effective in the treatment of NSLBP,which can effectively relieve pain, and promote the recovery of lumbar function and the improvement of lumbar curvature.
