摘要
城市化发展的过程中,为了提高土地资源的利用率,高层建筑建设的需求也越来越大。使用桩基础技术能够显著提高地基的承载力,使建筑受力更加均衡,有效避免建筑重心偏移、地基塌陷和倾斜等问题。文章阐述桩基础技术的相关概念,分析桩基础技术在建筑施工中的应用方式、具体实施内容并提出了进一步提升桩基础技术使用效果的措施。
More and more tall buildings are required to raise land efficiency in the process of urbanization.Pile footing could increase the bearing capacity of foundation and make buildings more evenly stressed to avoid problems such as gravity center shift,foundation sink and tilt.The paper describes pile footing technology and its application in construction and proposes measures to make more effective use of the technology.
