摘要
脑机融合技术是以脑机接口技术为基础,在有机生命形式的大脑或神经系统与可感知、可计算、可执行的外部设备之间实现双向实时通讯的技术系统的统称。从理论上讲,该技术可以实现大脑到机器、机器到大脑、大脑到大脑等不同方式的信息传输、交流与操控,是生物端的敏锐感知能力与机器端的高速计算能力的结合。根据行动者网络理论(ANT),脑机融合构建了由脑机接口技术实体联结而成的技术之网Net 1、脑机互联的混合智能之网Net 2以及“转译-动员”应用之网Net 3,并由此展现出一种非人类中心的哲学观,为该技术进一步发展和应用提供了必要的启示和审思。
Brain-machine integration is a general term of brain-machine interface technology, which integrates different information transmissions including brain-to-machine, machine-to-brain, and brain-to-brain. Under ideal circumstances, the technology can combine the biological brain’s cognitive ability and the machine’s high-speed computing and processing ability. According to the actor-network-theory (ANT), the brain-machine integration constructs the technical network Net 1 which connects the technical entity of brain-computer interface, the hybrid intelligence network Net 2 which connects brain with computer, and the “translation-mobilization” application network Net 3 .The non-human-centered philosophy underlying the technology offers us a chance to better develop and apply it.
