Optimization of Control System for Stacker Reclaimer in JISCO

堆取料机在酒钢储运部原料的堆取与输送中起着非常重要的作用,是原料能够顺利输送至高炉、烧结、焦化、热电等料仓的关键设备。酒钢储运部现有堆取料机共20台,分布在酒钢储运部料场各个堆场。堆取料机作为一种大型可移动的设备,其安全性安全性、稳定性,以及对下道工序影响都是不容忽视的,对其运行中存在的隐患及缺陷就必须要立即进行整改或优化。

Stacker reclaimer plays a very important role in the stacking and transportation of raw materials in the storage and transportation department in JISCO.It is the key equipment for the smooth transportation of raw materials to the blast furnace,sintering,coking,thermoelectricity silos etc.There are 20 stacker reclaimers in the storage and transportation department of JISCO,which are distributed in each stock yard of the storage and transportation department.As a large movable equipment,the safety,stability,and impact on the next process of the stacker reclaimer cannot be ignored.The hidden dangers and defects in its operation must be immediately rectified or optimized.
