摘要
介绍了大型压铸模在一体化压铸的作用与应用效果,讲述了大型压铸模制造难点、需要关注模具选材与模具设计仿真应用,着重描述了大型压铸模温度场热平衡的要求,提出了辅助于热平衡采用的措施,模内传感器应用具有前瞻性。随着技术进步,大型压铸模技术壁垒逐步被解决和掌握,为大型压铸模制造开拓新天地,促进新能源汽车向着节能、减排方向发展。
This paper introduces the function and application effect of large die-casting die in integrated die-casting.The manufacturing difficulties of large die-casting die are described.It is necessary to pay attention to mold material selection and die design simulation application.The requirement of heat balance in temperature field of large die-casting die is described emphatically.The measures to assist the use of heat balance are put forward.In-mode sensor applications are forward-looking.As technology advances.The technical barriers of large-scale die-casting are gradually solved and mastered.To open up new ground for large-scale diecasting manufacturing,promote the development of new energy vehicles towards energy saving and emission reduction.
