摘要
碱性过硫酸钾紫外分光光度法(HJ 636—2012)测定总氮时,影响空白值偏高的因素较多,通过比对实验,分别从实验用水、试剂、消解时长、实验器具等方面对实验空白值的影响进行探讨和分析,并提出注意事项和改进措施。
In the determination of total nitrogen by alkaline potassium persulfate ultraviolet spectrophotometry(HJ 636-2012),there are many factors affecting the high blank value.This paper discusses and analyzes the influence of experimental blank value from the aspects of experimental water,reagent,digestion time and experimental equipment,and puts forward some precautions and improvement measures.
