摘要
工艺的安全联锁是自动化升级改造的难点和重点,关键控制点及控制要素的选择、SIF回路及SIL等级的确定、工艺条件的限制、法律规章文件的要求等都影响着安全联锁方案的选择。主要对工程设计中双氧水储罐安全联锁方案的确定进行阐述,提供联锁方案设计思路。
Process safety interlock is the difficulty and focus of automation upgrading and transformation.The selection of key control points and control elements,the determination of SIF circuit and SIL level,the restriction of process conditions,the requirements of laws and regulations,etc.all affect the selection of safety interlock scheme.This paper expounds the determination of the safety interlock scheme of hydrogen peroxide storage tank in the engineering design,and provides the design idea of the interlock scheme.
