天葛定眩方治疗血管源性眩晕120例临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Vascular Vertigo with Tiange Dingxuan Formula(天葛定眩方)

目的观察天葛定眩方治疗血管性眩晕的有效性与安全性。方法将240例血管性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组120例和对照组120例。治疗组予天葛定眩方颗粒剂,1剂/d,早晚各服1次。对照组予甲磺酸倍他司汀片,每次6 mg,3次/d。两组治疗时长均为2周,观察治疗前后两组中医症状积分、欧洲眩晕量表、眩晕障碍量表的变化,判定临床疗效及安全性。结果两组患者治疗前后各量表评分均较前改善(P<0.001),治疗组对中医主证的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01),欧洲眩晕量表及眩晕障碍量表总分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05),其中眩晕障碍量表中,身体评价及情感评价改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天葛定眩方和甲磺酸倍他司汀片均可改善血管性眩晕患者的临床症状,天葛定眩方可更好地改善患者眩晕症状,同时改善眩晕给患者带来的精神心理障碍。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Tiange Dingxuan Formula(天葛定眩方)in the treatment of vascu⁃lar vertigo.Methods A total of 240 patients with vascular vertigo were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,120 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Tiange Dingxuan Formula,and those in the control group were given Betastastine Mesylate Tablet,6 mg for each time,3 times a day.The duration of treatment in both groups was 2 weeks.The changes of the TCM symptom scores,the European Evaluation of Vertigo scale and Dizziness Handicap Inventory in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,while the clinical efficacy and safety results were determined.Results The comparsions of each scale scores in two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.001).The improvement of TCM main syn⁃drome in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the total scores of the Europe⁃an Evaluation of Vertigo scale and the Dizziness Handicap Inventory were improved better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of physical evaluation and emotional evaluation was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both Tiange Dingxuan Formula and Betastastine Mesylate can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with vascular vertigo.Tiange Dingxuan Formula can better improve the symptoms of patients with vertigo and improve the mental disorders.
