复合材料夹芯板蜂窝芯格流胶缺陷行为研究

摘要 蜂窝芯格内部流胶是一种随机性较强且常规无损检测方法难以准确判断的故障类型,通常归为无损异常缺陷,但破坏后的故障状态又明显异于常规的结构性缺陷,因此,本文通过热压罐共固化成型工艺制备铝蜂窝夹芯玻璃纤维环氧预浸料复合材料夹芯板,研究了蜂窝芯格内部流胶缺陷的形成机理及其在各种检测状态的故障表现。研究结果可有效指导蜂窝结构复合材料夹芯板流胶缺陷的处置和过程控制,具有重要科研与实践价值。 The resin flow inside the honeycomb core is a kind of fault type with strong randonmess and difficult to be accurately judged by conventional non-destructive testing methods.It is usually classified as non-destructive abnormal defects,but the fault state after destruction is obviously abnormal.Therefore,this paper uses the autoclave co-curing process to prepare the aluminum honeycomb sandwich glass fiber epoxy prepreg composite sandwich panel.Study the formation mechanism of resin flow defect in honeycomb core and its fault performance in various detection states.The research results can effectively guide the disposal and process control of resin flow defects in honeycomb sandwich panels,and have important scientific research and practical value.
