结构非对称性对纤维金属层板低速冲击特性影响

Influence of Structure Asymmetry on Low Velocity Impact Characteristics of Fiber-Metal Laminates

摘要 本文针对两种不同构型的非对称纤维金属层板(非对称FMLs—双层板和三层板),开展不同能量(10J、20J和50J)下的冲击试验,分析结构构型和冲击能量水平对非对称FMLs的冲击响应、损伤类型和程度的影响,重点研究冲击非对称FMLs上下两侧产生的抗冲击性能的差异。研究显示,同一种FMLs两侧受到冲击作用,FMLs的抗冲击性能明显不同;但随着冲击能量水平的提高,非对称FMLs上下侧面均受到冲击作用所产生的冲击载荷和损伤程度基本一致。 In order to investigate impact performances for two different configurations of asymmetric fiber-metal laminates(asymmetric FMLs―bilayered FMLs and trilayered FMLs),impact tests with different energies(10J,20J and 50J)are carried out.The effects of structural configuration and impact energy level on the impact responses,damage types and degree of asymmetric FMLs are analyzed.The difference of impact resistance between the upper and lower sides of the asymmetric FMLs is mainly studied.The results show that the impact resistance of the same FMLs is obviously different when both sides of the FMLs are impacted separately.However,with the increase of impact energy level,the impact load and damage degree for the upper and lower sides of the asymmetric FMLs are almost the same.
