基于中医传承辅助平台系统分析于睿运用“肝心和合”治疗“双心疾病”用药规律

Analysis of Medication Rule ofYU Rui Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform for Application of “Harmony Between Liver and Heart” in Treatment of “Psychocardiological Disease”

目的 基于中医传承辅助平台系统(V2.5)探讨于睿教授治疗“双心疾病”的用药规律。方法 选取2020年6月—2020年11月就诊于辽宁中医药大学附属医院、承基中医门诊、辽宁中医嘉和医院于睿教授门诊的“双心疾病”患者处方100例,利用关联规则、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,得出于睿教授治疗“双心疾病”的辨证用药规律及核心药物。结果 共纳入病例处方100份,药物191种。其中,使用频次高于30次的药物共有17种,当支持度个数设置为20,置信度设置为0.6时,得出高频药物组合共23种。结论 通过数据挖掘而得出的结果,证实了于睿教授认为“双心疾病”治疗使用“肝心和合”的治疗原则,为今后的临床治疗提供一定参考。

Objective To explore the medication rule of professor YU Rui in the treatment of“psychocardiological disease” based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5).Method This research collected and screened the prescriptions of 100 caseswhich professor YU Rui used for treating“psycho-cardiological disease” from June 2020 to November 2020 in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chengji Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic and LiaoningJiahe hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.By using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform, the law of syndrome differentiation and core drugs of professor YU Rui in the treatment of “psychocardiological disease” were obtained by using data mining methods such as association rules and cluster analysis.Results A total of 100 prescriptions and 191 kinds of drugs were included.Among them, there were 17 kinds of drugs thatwere used more than 30 times.When the number of supports was set to 20 and the confidence level was set to 0.6,a total of 23 combinations of high-frequency drugs were derived.Conclusion The results obtained through data mining confirm that Professor YU Rui believes that the treatment principle of “harmony between liver and heart” is used in the treatment of “psychocardiological disease”,which provides some reference for future clinical treatment.
