乳腺癌相关抑郁样人群开展肝主疏泄及蛋白组学试验的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Liver Catharsis and Proteomics Test in Breast Cancer-Related Depression-Like Population

负性情绪促进肿瘤进展的研究越来越被认可,乳腺癌确诊后继发的乳腺癌相关性抑郁(breast cancer-related depression, BCRD)正在进一步吞噬患者的身心健康。中药逍遥散具有较确定的抗抑郁效用,但其是否能应用于BCRD的临床治疗并用以对抗乳腺癌的进展,目前仍处于探索阶段。中医学认为乳腺癌的发病与肝气郁结有关,而抑郁情绪的产生也与肝疏泄失调密切相关。因此,基于中药逍遥散疏肝解郁的功效,在乳腺癌相关抑郁样人群中开展肝主疏泄试验,并运用蛋白组学研究其对抗乳腺癌进展的分子机制是肿瘤临床治疗工作中急需解决的问题,可为BCRD及乳腺癌的防治提供新思路,为中医肝主疏泄调畅情志赋予新的科学内涵。

It is more and more recognized by people that negative emotion leads to tumor progression.The secondary breast cancer-related depression(BCRD)after being diagnosed with breast cancer is further devastating patients'physical and mental health.Xiaoyao Powder(逍遥散)has been proved to be effective in antidepressant.However,scientists are still exploring whether it can be used in the clinical treatment of BCRD and to prevent breast cancer progression.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that breast cancer is related to liver-Qi stagnation,and the generation of depression is also closely related to liver disorder.There-fore,in the clinical treatment of cancer,based on the soothing liver and relieving depression efficacy of Xiaoyao Powder,it is an urgent task to carry out liver governing soothing and dispersing test on people with BCRD,and study its molecular mechanism of anti-breast cancer progression by proteomics.It can provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of BCRD and breast cancer,and a new scientific connotation to the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for liver governing soothing and dispersing as well as adjusting emotions.
