总结杨继国教授基于“一排二灸三围刺”方法治疗腘窝囊肿的临床经验。腘窝囊肿属于中医学“筋瘤”“胶瘤”范畴,因风、寒、湿邪入侵膝关节或外伤使筋脉损伤,局部气血不畅,津液运行失常,湿聚成痰,痰湿凝滞而成。流行病学调查发现腘窝囊肿在35~75岁人群高发,多与膝关节炎性疾病关系密切。杨继国教授认为该病治疗应中西结合,标本兼治,临床采用“一排二灸三围刺”的治疗方法,三者结合临床效果显著。

It is to summarize Professor YANG Jiguo′s clinical experience in the treatment of popliteal cyst based on “purging-moxibustion-surrounding needling” method.Popliteal fossa cyst belongs to the category of “Jinliu” and “Jiaoliu” in traditional Chinese medicine.It is caused by the invasion of wind, cold and dampness into the knee joint or trauma, resulting in the injury of the tendon and vein, the obstruction of local Qi and blood, the abnormal operation of body fluid, the accumulation of dampness into phlegm, and the stagnation of phlegm and dampness.Epidemiological survey has found popliteal fossa cyst in 35-75 years old crowd has high incidence, more closely related to knee arthritis.Professor YANG Jiguo believes that the treatment of this disease should combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and treat both symptoms and root causes.Clinically, the treatment method of “purging-moxibustion-surrounding needling” is adopted, and the clinical effect of the combination of the three is remarkable.
