态靶辨证在痰火凝结型甲状腺结节中的应用--消瘰丸加夏枯草、莪术、三七

Application of State-Target Strategy in Phlegm-Fire Coagulation Type of Thyroid Nodules-Xiaoluo Pill(消瘰丸)with Xiakucao(Prunellae Spica),Ezhu(Curcumae Rhizoma)and Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)

甲状腺结节属于内分泌科常见病,多发于女性和老年人,有良恶性之分,疾病前期临床症状不明显,尚缺乏特异有效的预防和治疗方式,该病易合并或继发多种疾病,其中以甲状腺癌预后最差,故甲状腺结节的早期预防和治疗极为重要。中医认为甲状腺结节乃气滞、痰凝、血瘀交阻于颈部而成,日久郁而化火,以痰火凝结为著。仝小林院士采用态靶辨证的思路治疗痰火凝结型甲状腺结节,以消瘰丸配伍夏枯草,清热化痰散结,调痰郁、火郁之态,莪术、三七活血通络散结,调血郁,打甲状腺结节、甲状腺激素之靶,态靶结合,共奏良效。
