清热养阴调糖饮加减治疗2型糖尿病临床研究

Clinical Study of Modified Qingre YangyinTiaotangDecoction(清热养阴调糖饮加减)in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 研究清热养阴调糖饮加减治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年3月于河北张家口市中医院内分泌科就诊的T2DM患者92例,随机数字法分为对照组和试验组,每组46例;对照组采用口服二甲双胍片治疗,试验组采用清热养阴调糖饮加减治疗;比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、临床症状、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及总胆固醇(TC)水平。结果 两组患者疗效等级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组的总有效率(93.48%,43/46)显著高于对照组的总有效率(78.26%,36/46)(P<0.05);两组治疗后形体消瘦、倦怠、乏力、气短、脘痞、腰膝酸软、口干舌燥等症状评分较治疗前下降,其中试验组上述评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后FPG、2 hPG及HbA1c水平较治疗前显著下降,且试验组FPG、2 hPG及HbA1c水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后HDL-C水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后TG、LDL-C、TC水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),其中试验组治疗后TG、LDL-C水平较对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但试验组治疗后TC水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论 清热养阴调糖饮加减可有效改善T2DM患者的临床症状,降低机体血糖和血脂水平,有效治疗T2DM。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Modified Qingre Yangyin Tiaotang Decoction(清热养阴调糖饮加减)in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 92 patients with T2DM who were treated in the Department of Endocrinology,Zhangjiakou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hebei Province from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected,and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with oral metformin tablets,and those in the experimental group were treated with Modified Qingre Yangyin Tiaotang Decoction.The clinical effect,TCM symptom scores,clinical symptoms,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC)were compared between the groups.Results Thetotal effective rate in the experimental group(93.48%,43/46)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.26%,36/46)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and theexperimental group had lower scores thanthe control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc significantly decreased,and the levels were lower in the experimental groupthan those in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups had similar HDL-C levels before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,thelevels of TG,LDL-C and TC significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels of TG and LDL-C showed no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05),but the level of TC in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed during treatment.Conclusion Modified Qingre Yangyin Tiaotang Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with T2DM,and lower the levels of blood glucose and blood lipids.
