小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢呋辛对急性上呼吸道感染患儿免疫球蛋白及Th1/Th2免疫应答指标的影响

Effect of Xiaoer Baotaikang Granule(小儿宝泰康颗粒)Combined with Cefuroxime on Immunoglobulin and Thl/Th2 Immune Response Indexes in Children with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的 探究小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢呋辛对急性上呼吸道感染患儿免疫球蛋白及Th1/Th2免疫应答指标的影响。方法 选取2019年7月—2021年7月洪湖市人民医院收治的急性上呼吸道感染患儿80例,依据入院先后顺序分为对照组和联合组,两组各40例。对照组予以头孢呋辛治疗,联合组予以小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢呋辛治疗,两组均连续治疗1周。比较两组患儿体征持续时间(包括发热、咳嗽、流涕、咽红肿疼);比较两组治疗前后的免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgE、IgG及IgM)水平;比较两组治疗前后的Th1/Th2免疫应答指标[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)],并对比两组的治疗总有效率及用药安全性。结果 联合组发热、咳嗽、流涕、咽红肿疼等指征持续时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组IgA、IgG、IgM水平均升高,IgE水平均降低,且联合组IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于对照组,IgE水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后对照组Th1/Th2免疫应答指标与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组IL-2、IFN-γ水平较治疗前升高,IL-4、IL-10水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且治疗后联合组各指标与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢呋辛治疗能够缓解急性上呼吸道感染患儿的临床症状,改善患儿的免疫功能,调节患儿的Th1/Th2免疫应答指标,疗效显著、安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Xiaoer Baotaikang Granule(小儿宝泰康颗粒)combined with cefuroxime on immunoglobulin and Th1/Th2 immune response indexes in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 80 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into control group and combined group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefuroxime,and the combined group was treated with Xiaoer Baotaikang Granule combined with cefuroxime.Both groups were treated for 1 week.The duration of physical signs(including fever,cough,runny nose,pharyngeal swelling and pain)was compared between the two groups.The levels of immunoglobulin(IgA,IgE,IgG and IgM)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Th1/Th2 immune response indexes[interleukin-2(IL-2),interferon(IFN-),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10)J were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the total effective rate and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of fever,cough,runny nose,pharyngeal redness and pain in the combined group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgMwere increased and IgE level was decreased in the two groups,and the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,while IgE level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in Th1/Th2 immune response in the control group compared with that before treatment(P>0.05),while the levels of IL-2 and IFN-in the combined group were increased and the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the combined group and the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Baotaikang Granule combined with cefuroxime can relieve the clinical symptoms of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,improve the immune functionand regulate the immune response indicators of Thl/Th2,with significant efficacy and high safety,worthy of clinical application.
