中药外洗分型治疗类风湿关节炎的研究进展

目前类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis, RA)的治疗主要通过药物口服以达到抗炎、镇痛的作用,但药物治疗存在胃肠道反应、肝肾功能损伤等不良反应。中药外洗法作为一种重要的中医外治方式,通过皮肤直接作用于患处,利用药物和热量的双重作用,发挥调畅气血、疏通经络、宣痹止痛的作用。具有操作简便、安全性佳、疗效迅速等特点,还可以降低口服药物用量、改善患者依从性,提高临床疗效。现介绍中药外洗法的作用特点,并根据中医对RA的5种分型,对中药外洗法治疗RA的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床提供借鉴。
