中药外洗分型治疗类风湿关节炎的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 目前类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis, RA)的治疗主要通过药物口服以达到抗炎、镇痛的作用,但药物治疗存在胃肠道反应、肝肾功能损伤等不良反应。中药外洗法作为一种重要的中医外治方式,通过皮肤直接作用于患处,利用药物和热量的双重作用,发挥调畅气血、疏通经络、宣痹止痛的作用。具有操作简便、安全性佳、疗效迅速等特点,还可以降低口服药物用量、改善患者依从性,提高临床疗效。现介绍中药外洗法的作用特点,并根据中医对RA的5种分型,对中药外洗法治疗RA的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床提供借鉴。 At present, the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is mainly through oral administration of drugs to achieve anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, but there are gastrointestinal reactions, liver and kidney function damage and other adverse reactions.As an important external treatment method of Chinese medicine, the external washing method of Chinese medicine plays a role in regulating Qi and blood, dredging meridians, relieving arthralgia and relieving pain by directly acting on the affected part through the skin and using the dual role of drugs and heat.It is characterized by simple operation, good safety and rapid efficacy.It can also reduce the dosage of oral drugs, improve patients compliance and improve the clinical efficacy.This article introduces the characteristics of the external washing method of traditional Chinese medicine, and summarizes the research progress of the external washing method of traditional Chinese medicine in treating RA according to the five types of RA in traditional Chinese medicine, with a view to providing reference for clinical practice.
