摘要
石英晶体微天平(QCM)是以压电效应为基础,通过电极频率变化对微量物质进行分析检测的仪器,其高灵敏度和实时反映电极频率变化的特点在检测微量物质、表征反应变化过程、快速检测中受到广泛关注,被应用于生物、医学、化学等各个领域中。根据QCM所应用的领域不同,分别阐述在医学检测、环境监测、食品检测的应用的研究进展,同时探讨了QCM现存的部分问题和未来的解决方向。
Quartz crystal microbalance(QCM)is an instrument that analyzes and detects trace substances through changes in electrode frequency based on the piezoelectric effect.Its nanogram-level sensitivity and the characteristics of real-time reflection of electrode frequency changes have attracted wide attention in the detection of trace substances,characterization of the reaction change process,and rapid detection,and it is used in various fields such as biology,medicine,and chemistry.According to the different fields of application of QCM,the research progress in the application of medical testing,environmental monitoring,and food testing is described separately,and some existing problems of QCM and future solutions are discussed.
