摘要
设计了一种高稳定的数控式恒流源,以减少电流波动对裂纹电位信号的影响;采用MSP430系列单片机(MCU)作为主控制器,进行系统软硬件设计;以基准电压为参考,结合串联负反馈电路和增量式PID算法对输出电流值进行实时调整。实验结果表明:该恒流源系统电流输出稳定性优于10×10^(-6),裂纹电位信号稳定性较好,满足裂纹监测仪需求。
A highly stable numerically controlled constant current source is designed to reduce the influence of current fluctuations on the crack potential signal.Using MSP430 MCU as the main controller to design the software and hardware of the system.Taking the reference voltage as a reference,combining the series negative feedback circuit and the incremental PID algorithm to adjust the output current value in real time.Experimental results show that the current output stability of the constant current source system is better than 10×10^(-6),and the crack potential signal stability is better,which meets the needs of crack monitors.
