调Q开关532nmNd:YAG激光联合光动力治疗面部多发顽固性扁平疣的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察调Q开关532nmNd:YAG激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)光动力治疗面部多发顽固性扁平疣,评估临床疗效及安全性。方法收集面部多发性顽固性扁平疣患者48例,随机分为联合治疗组和光动力治疗组各24例。联合治疗组先给予调Q开关532nmNd:YAG激光治疗后立即进行ALA光动力治疗;光动力治疗组给予单纯ALA光动力治疗。根据皮损数目及改善程度计算疗效。结果联合治疗组较光动力治疗组有效率显著升高(P<0.05)。联合治疗组复发率显著降低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义。结论调Q开关532nmNd:YAG激光联合ALA光动力疗法治疗面部难治性扁平疣疗效显著,复发率低。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of the Q-switched 532 nmNd:YAG laser combined with 5-aminophenolenic acid(ALA)photodynamic treatment of multiple intractable verruca planaon the face.Methods Data were collected of 48 patients with multiple intractable verruca plana.The combined treatment group was firstly treated with Q-switched 532nmNd:YAG laser and immediately followed by ALA photodynamic therapy,while the photodynamic therapy group was treated with ALA photodynamic therapy alone.The curative effect was evaluated by the number of lesions and the degree of improvement.Results There were no significant differences in the general information and the number of skin lesions before the treatment between the two groups.There was significantly higher effective rate(P<0.05)in the combined group than that in the ALA photodynamic therapyalone group.As for the adverse effect,there was no significant difference between the two groups.There was much lower recurrence rate(P<0.05)in the combined group.Conclusion Q-switched 532nmNd:YAG laser combined with ALA photodynamic therapy is effective in the treatment of facial refractory verrucaplana with low recurrence rate.
