多学科背景下主动脉夹层术后低氧血症预防管理策略构建

Construction of prevention and management strategies for hypoxemia after aortic dissection in multidisciplinary context

目的构建多学科协作背景下主动脉夹层术后低氧血症的预防及管理策略。方法采用文献检索、质量评价、临床调研与专家小组讨论等方法,结合结构-过程-结果三维质量评价理论,初拟主动脉夹层术后低氧血症的预防及管理策略。采用德尔菲专家咨询法,经过两轮专家咨询,构建主动脉夹层术后低氧血症的预防及管理策略体系。结果建立由3项一级指标,12项二级指标及45项三级指标构成的主动脉夹层术后低氧血症的预防及管理策略体系。结论本研究明确主动脉夹层术后低氧血症预防及管理的核心与关键,为后期实现同质化管理奠定基础。

Objective To establish the prevention and management strategy of hypoxemia after aortic dissection under the background of multidisciplinary collaboration.Methods The methods of literature search,quality evaluation,clinical investigation and expert panel discussion were used to study the prevention and management strategy of hypoxemia after primary pseudo-aortic dissection,combined with the structure-proced-result three-dimensional quality evaluation theory.After two rounds of expert consultation by Delphi method,the prevention and management strategy system of hypoxemia after aortic dissection was established.Results A strategy system for the prevention and management of hypoxemia after aortic dissection was established,which consisted of 3 primary indexes,12 secondary indexes and 45 tertiary indexes.Conclusion This study clarified the core and key of the prevention and management of hypoxemia after aortic dissection,which laid the foundation for the realization of homogenized management in the later period.
