摘要 建筑走向智慧时代,BIM技术将建筑物空间位置完全数据化,在BIM与IoT的关系中,BIM是基础数据模型,是IoT的核心与灵魂。IoT技术是在BIM技术的基础上,将各类建筑物运营的相关数据收集后实时反馈给本地运营中心和远程用户。智能巡检系统利用先进的人工智能算法,对电力设备/设施进行全天候/全方位/全自主的智能巡检,以实现设备状态和环境巡视数据检测全覆盖和智能识别,在为重要的电气机房提供全方位的安全保障的同时,还能减少运维人员的数量。本文通过在世界会客厅项目中基于BIM和IoT技术对数字孪生运营平台进行协同智慧管理机制的研究,探索在历史风貌及承担重大保障活动的建筑中,如何为智慧城市或智慧园区实现数字新基建进一步的发展提供相应的落实路线。 Buildings are on the way to the Smart Era.BIM technology completely digitalizes the spatial location of buildings,and in the relationship between BIM and IoT,BIM is the basic data model and is also the core and soul of the IoT.Based on BIM technology,IoT technology collects the relevant data of the operation of various buildings and then feeds them back to local operation centers and remote users in real time.The intelligent inspection system utilizes advanced AI algorithms to perform the all⁃weather/all⁃round/fully autonomous intelligent inspection of electric equipment/facilities,with the aim to realize the complete coverage and intelligent recognition of equipment status and environmental patrol data detection.As a result,it can provide all⁃round security guarantee for important electric equipment rooms and also reduce the number of O&M personnel.This paper studies the collaborative intelligent management mechanism of the digital twin operation platform based on BIM and IoT technology in The Grand Halls Project and explores how to provide the corresponding implementation routes for the further development of new digital infrastructure for the smart city or smart park in historic buildings and those buildings undertaking important support activities.
