Combining the characteristics of new antique buildings,this paper lists several external lightning protection measures that can be taken for new antique buildings,analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme and the applicable building types,and gives suggestions on what lightning protection measures shall be taken for antique buildings with different structures and locations.
