摘要
引入生物学的布里渊多样性指数,给出针对期刊多维度影响力测评的多样性指数,以四个学科期刊的发文及被引数据为实证样本,综合期刊、机构、国家/地区、学科方向四个不同的施引层次,分析MDI指数并验证其实证特性,研究发现,MDI指数是对期刊施引层次广度与深度的综合反映,当期刊在各施引层次拥有分布均匀且相对较多的施引源时,期刊会拥有更高的多维度影响力多样性。MDI指数与传统引用指标的有一定正相关性,可作为期刊影响力评价的一种选择。
Introducing the Brillouin index in biological research, and proposing a new journal impact evaluation index-Multiple Dimension Index(MDI),we obtained the quantity and citations of articles published in the four disciplines journals. Integrating the four different citing dimensions, i.e., journals, institutions, countries/regions, and disciplines, we measured the multi-dimensional impact diversity of journals, and verified its validity analyzed and MDI distribution. It is found that MDI can reflect on both breadth and depth of the journal’s citing dimension comprehensively.If a journal cites other and is cited evenly distributed from as many as dimensions, this journal is highly possible to gain a highly multi-dimensional impact.MDI is positively correlated with traditional citation indicators which allows it to be used in journal impact evaluation.
