Function Analysis of Canadian Federated Research Data Repository and Its Inspiration

国家级科学数据知识库对有效整合科学数据,促进科学数据在更大范围内共享具有重要意义。运用网络调查法和案例分析法,对加拿大联邦科学数据知识库(Federated Research Data Repository,FRDR)的功能进行了梳理,并总结其建设经验;结合当前我国科学数据知识库的建设现状,提出我国应构建国家级科学数据知识库,尤其是人文社会科学领域;科学数据知识库建设应基于通用技术资源和标准开发、制定明确的数据政策实施细则并尽可能减少数据访问限制。

National research data repository is of great significance for the effective integration of research data and the promotion of research data sharing in a wider range.This paper used network survey and case analysis to conduct an in-depth analysis of the functions of the Federated Research Data Repository(FRDR)in Canada,and its construction experience is summarized.According to the current construction status of research data repository of China,this paper proposed China should build a national research data repository,especially in the field of humanities and social sciences;the research data repository should be developed based on common technical resources and standards;clear data policy implementation rules should be formulated and data access restrictions should be reduced as much as possible.
